Due to the nature of food products, Naya Bee follows strict hygiene and safety guidelines.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used honey jars
• Damaged items due to improper storage by the customer
• Special-order or customized packaging

Refunds

Refunds are issued after product inspection and approval.

• Refunded to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–14 business days

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item:

• Report within 24 hours

Provide photos and order number
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
